[EN] FNAF X: Meeting in the darkness Ep. 3
A faint giggle emanated. Not from the cassette. Not from the ventilation shaft. It came directly from the room now before her. A giggle that smelled of metal and despair.
Freddy.
She wasn't alone. And he wasn't on stage anymore. He was here.
Elara froze. Her gaze was fixed on the open gap of the office door. The darkness behind it seemed to thicken, becoming a formless mass that slowly spread. Her heart pounded so fast it hurt. The oxygen seemed to leave the room, every breath an effort.
From the black gap, a figure slowly emerged. The outlines were unmistakable. Large, massive, with round ears and a top hat. Freddy Fazbear. His eyes glowed with an eerie white, streaked with red veins that darted like lightning through the darkness. He moved not with the rigid gait of a machine, but with an unsettling fluidity, almost like a predator stalking its prey.
The giggle repeated, closer this time, a dry, rattling sound that didn't seem to come from his mechanical throat, but from the air around him. It was the laugh she knew from the cassette, the laugh that had sealed her predecessor's death.
Freddy took a step forward. A soft scrape of metal on the dusty floor. Elara saw the worn patches of his brown fur, the stains that in the dim light almost looked like old, dried blood. A single, rusted button hung loosely from his vest. Every detail that once seemed harmless was now a grotesque distortion.
She wanted to scream, wanted to run, but her body wouldn't obey. Her feet were rooted to the spot, her throat constricted. A strange paralysis settled over her, a mixture of sheer terror and the incomprehensible realization that what she was seeing couldn't be real, yet it was.
Freddy slowly raised an arm. His hand, which once held a microphone, was now a menacing claw that slowly opened and closed. The squealing of the servomotors was the loudest sound in the world.
"You…" Elara croaked, her voice barely a whisper. She didn't know what she wanted to say. Who he was. What he wanted.
Freddy tilted his head, his glowing eyes fixed on her. Another, faster step. The scraping grew louder. He was only a few meters from the office door.
The air turned cold. Freezing cold. A smell of damp and old metal, mixed with a hint of… pizza. She tried to suppress the panic rising within her. This was not a nightmare. This was real.
Her hand clutched the desk. A chair fell over, and the sound echoed loudly in the silence. Freddy stopped. His glowing eyes bore into her. Then he raised his other arm.
He didn't just want to scare her. He wanted to… reach her.
A spark ignited. Elara saw the red emergency stop button under the desk. The one Mr. Harrison had only briefly shown her. A last, desperate chance.
She had to move her legs. Now.
I hope this terrifying encounter appeals to you! The tension is rising as Elara faces Freddy.
